Hi Ian:

I hope this message finds you well!  I couldn't locate your email address, so I thought I might be able to reach you through this thread.

There is one person I can't find info on.  Her name is Selma, and her father was Magnus Larsson and her mother Hilda (or Hulda) Jonsson/Jonsdotter (or Johansdotter).  Selma was born in Sweden in December 1871....or at least that what she put on some US documents.  I have found many Selmas born in Sweden in 1871, but not with the correct parents.  If you have time, could you see if you can find her birth or household examination record?  She left for the US around 1889-1890.

Yes!  She lived in Brooklyn, New York.  She arrived around 1889/1890, probably to New York (but possibly to Boston).  She married Alfred Bennett on April 9, 1898 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.  Her husband Alfred (Andersson) Bennett was a coal man and ice man.  She died on July 10, 1927 in Brooklyn. I have a lot more info on her in the US if you need it.  Thanks!
