Hi

I would like to trace the parents of John Hulland born circa 1771. Occupation Ratcatcher from Cheadle, Staffs.

Married to Lucy Snape 23rd April 1793, Cheadle, Staffordshire.

Had 10 children all born in Cheadle.

Lucy was christened in Cheadle 24th May 1773.

Not sure whether John was from Cheadle or not?

Any info or suggestions would be appreciated

In 1841 John aged 70 and Lucy 66 are living in Huyton Liverpool with a 10yr old Thomas Hulland (presumably a grandson)

John & Lucy shown as not born in county and Thomas born Lancashire

HO107 Piece 512/7 Folio 8 Page 8 Line 9

He died December qtr 1843 aged 74 giving a possible birthyear of 1769
