Can anyone give me more information about the death of Ernest Sanderson who was killed in 1945?
Information that I have been given is:

Ernest SANDERSON born 1904 Grimsby, Lincolnshire.
Regiment: Royal Fusiliers
Rank: Fusilier Number: 1800602
Year: 1945 Volume: 5 Page: 371

Mothers maiden name Huskinson - confirming a 1904 Grimsby birth

Ernest Sanderson 1800602 Fusilier of The Royal Fusiliers (City Of London Regt)

Birth place HudderHsfield not Grimsby died Italy 10 March 1945.

Are you sure it's the same man?

No date of birth that I have found.

The above Ernest was born c.1922, son of Herbert and Martha Ann Sanderson, of Holmfirth, Yorkshire.

Therefore are you looking for Ernest Sanderson born 1904 Grimsby rather than the one on CWGC?

It looks as if I have been given the wrong information $:-\$

I have his birth as 2q 1904 Grimsby 7a 621

The GRO has his mothers name as Huskinson.

Update: My Ernest died March 2003 in North East Lincolnshire.

Thank you all for searching; I have found my Ernest´s death March 2003 in North East Lincolnshire.
