Latin Apprentist Record 1594

Hi!
Here is the Latin heading of an Apprenticeship record of London 1594. I can make out the name Maddox, but that's about all... Please help!

I really am no expert but as I see 'In bond with' on the second line,  I'm wondering whether this is actually Latin?

Kent: SPOONER, THOMAS, KILLICK, COLLINS
