Stalag XXb POW's.
« on: Tuesday 18 July 17 22:24 BST (UK) »
Hello. Am trying to trace any other prisoners that escaped with my late Father  (Prisoner no: 7880) Lemuel Griffiths (Lemmie), and recaptured after initially being captured at Dunkirk with the Durham Light Infantry.
Thank you.

There are a number of names here, put up by family, who were at Stalag XXB.  Some have stories about escapes so check them out and see if any circumstances are similar.
Richardson, Sherman, Gillam, Hitchcock, Neighbour, Groom, Walton, Strange, Littleford, Brown, Guy, Abbs, Tasker, Bartlett, Farey, Etteridge
