I may be waaaaay off the mark here, but it looks to read:

James Dykes, Hecklar[?] and Margaret Muir had three child[-]
[-]dren at one birth born [date] Nov[ember] bapt[ised] the same day the Eldest Son
named Thomas the youngest son named John and the
dau[ghte]r being the Eldest of the three named Margaret

Not sure about Hecklar though.

I was thinking maybe Wicklow for James surname.??

Agree with the rest I think.  -   wasn't sure about first word on second line, but it makes sense.

Think the date might be 24.

You wouldn't often expect to see an occupation in a birth record ( thought sometimes you do.  :))

I think the same as Archivos the occupation (i.e. the third word in the extract) is hecklar

I've seen loads of birth and baptism records which include occupations  :-\

The surname is Dykes, it is in the left-hand column  :)

Hackler / Heckler / Hackman / Hatcheler   Combed or "carded" the coarse flax, using a Hackle - a toothed implement - in linen making.

I bow to your superior deciphering!     :)

And now I know what a Hecklar is!   Good to learn new things.

Yes I too have seen lots of occupations, Jen . . . . and lots without.      :)
