If you look for Lampson Street on a modern map, off Moulton Street it was round about there.
I checked with 'old maps online'.

Oh wow thank you so much for that, this would make sense as her parents lived on East Stanley Street, later they moved to the next street Davis Street, well not her parents her sister, and this is in the same area. Thank you Mary8 for the map. Elizabeth Billingham died 27th November 1880. I still need to find where she is buried, I have found most others but she is a mystery. I did try uploading her death certificate earlier but it was too large, and I am not clever enough to shrink things, my son when hes in does all that for me  :). Again many thanks
