I have checked for an 1881 census in the district of Pontypridd

Can't find a

Ann jones

With children

Gwenllian howell b1874

Or half siblings

Philip Roderick jones b 1876 porth

Elizabeth jones born 1878 trebenog

David jones b 1879 llantrisant

Can anyone advise please

If the marriage cert is not online you would have to buy a copy of the cert to get that information

Here's a long shot for the 1881 census.

John    Howell. Head. born 1856. Coal Miner. Maesteg, Glamorgan.

Ann    Howell. Wife. born 1857. Pembrokeshire.

William Howell. Son. born 1878.    Maesteg, Glamorgan.   (mothers maiden name EVANS).

All at 11, Garn Road, Cwmdu, Bridgend, Glamorganshire.  RG 11/5327

Were any of the 1881 census returns damaged in the trebanog/ porth districts of Pontypridd  area and therefore not included in any records ???

I think you need to concentrate on whichever of the Howell/Jones children you are descended from and work backwards from them as a lot of the info does not tie up

Thre are a couple of options for the couple on the censuses. Do you have details of their children which will help establish we are looking at the right ones, which will also help us identify roughly when and where they married, and potentially the maiden name used if we can find the children's births
