Thanks dawnsh, I did realise that, that's why I only posted the free search details. I am assuming that mackem115 has access to the 1939 register as he said that he couldn't see either of his parents in the 1939 register and I was wondering if he had checked out the one I posted.

Yes checked on line at library my mum is the Amelia Heap crossed out on entry to Corner. So she was residing in New Malden in 1939. Its a start Thanks
