Please Restore a picture of Levine family family

Just received this picture of my Grandfather and his Levine family. However, it is low res and I would like to print some 8x10s for my cousins. The people are:
Louis on top,
left to right-Ike,Eve,Ben,William(Father),Mary,Lena(Mother),Willie,Jack

Can the resolution be improved so that 8x10s can be printed?

to be printed with 8x10s , the photo size will be over 500 kb ..here is my contribution
