The marriage looks good.  Harriet doesn't claim to be born in Scotland at any stage, does she?  It's Mary who does - she gives a birthplace of Alexandra, Dumbartonshire.

The 1840 baptism looks good for the younger Harriet as a granddaughter of Henry - he is plenty old enough to have been married before and a grandfather by 1840.

He may be the Henry Hammond baptised at Canterbury 16 Aug 1795 to William & Ann.

Quite possibly.  I can't see a marriage in Eng/Wales, so Scotland or further afield look likely.
