DocuSign is an electronic signature system, used by all kinds of firms in place of having to provide physical signatures.   We have recently had to login to process documents for an estate agent in preparation for a house move.

I assume that you have been expecting a document to sign ? - if not, then I would be inclined to delete it.

From memory, we just needed to provide some basic information; Names and dates of birth.   There may have been a couple of other bits of information, I really can't remember.
Census Information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Hi, HarryW
Yes waiting for documents from estate agent.
Had never heard of DocuSign and I haven't a clue as to how it operates.
Many thanks
