I have still been trying to get a bit further, I wanted to know why I cant find a birth certificate for Cecillia Jane Hackle born between 1867/8/9/ in Bengal my problem is I cannot connect her or prove with her father William Hackle(s) who married Isabella Thompson nee Richardson at Allahabad in 1869 on 12 June Isabella was a widow nee Richardson how do I find her husband in the records. One of the rootschatters found a sister for me Amelia Jane Hackle, can I get any further...?? I do appreciate any help.
