Suffolk Marriage Record

Hi
Samuel Keeble m Sarah Ward at Boulge 14th  Jan 1773 Witnesses Robert Spall & Jonathan Hemson.
He was at Bredfield & she was at Boulge. At that time would father's name or his occupation be included? I presume there was no standardization. Is the record in all Suffolk Record Offices or just Ipswich?
Both were buried at Woodbridge St Mary's. Samuel 24th Dec 1815 & Sarah 3rd June 1819

Fathers details  were only shown on marriages registered from 1.7.1837 when Civil Registration was introduced

Hi Bill, all Suffolk parish events are on fiche at all three branches of the SRO, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft. Most papers relating to parishes will be at the appropriate RO, that is East Suffolk, west Suffolk and north east corner of the county. Always worth emailing or telephoning ahead of a planned visit, you can order items before you visit. Fiche, film and readers are easily accessed though.

It is an area right the other end that I have never been to. Norfolk records can be read on IGI but not Suffolk. Fiche system is good but I would rely on some kind soul going I guess
