Did either Henry or William have a son, Henry, born about 1828?

ETA: I just found one born around 1831.  That might be him. Shows up in 1841 and 1851 census age 9 and 19 with parents Henry and Elizabeth SIMPSON.

When my Jonathan (2) SIMPSON and his wife and kids came to Victoria, Canada in 1852/53, there was a Henry and Adelaide SIMPSON on board as well.  They were married in 1852.  I've often wondered if Henry was a nephew, or young cousin, of my Jonathan.

I also found this listing which is the right age for my Jonathan (b. 1795) but I'm not sure how and why he would have gone from Rochford area to Southwark. I think it's a poor house so maybe that's why, but couldn't he have lived with one of his kids?  Hmmm.
