Brown family of Richmond

I wonder if anyone knows of Jean Brown of Richmond.She was a child star,born in 1935 in Richmond,Yorkshire.She was apparently known as the"Shirley Temple of Richmond" from around 1942 when she was 7 and a deceased family member said that Jean and her sister Joyce toured with Max Miller.This is all I know so I hope someone will be able to help

The local newspaper The Northern Echo (based in Darlington) has a very interesting weekly supplement "Echo Memories" written by Chris Lloyd.  He is an expert on local history and a mine of information, perhaps he has heard of these sisters or could ask readers to contact you via the "Echo Memories" Saturday pull-out.

I can see a Joyce Brown born in 1935 in Richmond, Yorkshire, but not a Jean Brown (on free bmd).

When do you believe Joyce was born?

I found Joyce in civil registration birth index oct-dec 1935 Richmond,also Jean,born 1932 in Bedale and Joan born June 18 1930 in Bedale all with the mothers' maiden name as Fowler. I found these on Ancestry
