The OP had already acknowledged my pointing out the discrepancy between John/Mary/newark, and William/Elizabeth/Caunton before the above comment was made.
I don't think there's any "must" about this. John's birth could be represented by either of these; or by another one somewhere else that we haven't spotted.
Yes, we can look further at the discs (Nottsgirl, you forgot me!!
) but unless we can pin him down with some more accuracy, I think the comment about having lots of new family may be a bit premature.
