Osguthorpe Bros. Tudhoe Grange Photograph Studio, Spennymoor

Hello Rootchatters, the enclosed photograph was taken of either my 2 x Great Grandfather or his son by Osguthorpe (or Osgothorpe) Bros. at Tudhoe Grange Studio, Spennymoor. Does anyone have any information about the studio, how long it was in operation etc. when this photo may have been taken, as this will help in determining who this person was. There is a Spennymoor historical society and I have asked the same question but hey, knowing the Rootschatters someone, I am sure, will be able to give me some information.
The person in the photo lived in Gateshead so it seems strange that they would travel to Spennymoor in their finery to have a photo taken, when there would have been numerous studios in the Gateshead region.

Thanks Brentor Boy, I have been in touch with Spennymoor Historical Society  and found out that 2 brothers Harry (jnr) and Herbert ran the Tudhoe Grange studio but Harry seems to have left the area early 1900's and Herbert ran the business at 18 King Street afterwards. They supplied me with a photo taken showing 'H Osguthorpe Photographer' on a shop frontage in King Street, unfortunately they couldn't date the photo. Thanks, Paul
