BC Death Lookup

Please can someone do a lookup of a death in 1927 Vancouver. There is no image online, and not sure that that it is the correct person without having the extra information. Parents or husbands names

Do you also have a place of residence for parents as this may be mentioned in an obituary?

The indexing at family search for a death in Vancouver, in 1927, of a Rachel Anderson lists her parents as Richard Kirk and Margaret Sutherland.  Rachel born in Scotland, died at age 59.

Wrong mother then, I think then the most important thing is to confirm that this Rachel is the widow of Andrew.

It depends on how reliable the person filling out the death registration was though. Sometimes they just gave a best guess if they didn't know the name.

My local library carries the full images on microfilm.... give me a few days, and I will get a copy.  Even though the index says she was widowed, the husband's name will hopefully still be on it.

I can actually go now, so give me a few hours.  In the meantime, if you search Andrew Anderson with a spouse of Rachel Kirk, living in British Columbia, at Familysearch, you will find some marriages of daughters.
