Emily Amelia Mander born 1877

The birth of Emily Amelia Mander in 1877 in Holborn  is recorded in Free BMD but I can't find her in the census of 1881 or 1891.   I've also tried using spelling variations but without luck.   

She married Henry Ringer in 1897 and is recorded in the 1901 census - born in Clerkenwell, London

I'm trying to find  Emily's parents hence my search in 1881/1891.    Grateful for help.

The ages on the image are slighlty obscured, but it could be Emily and William with their mother Emilia.
