Can anyone find Frederick Charles, his wife Sarah Annie/Ann and a son George in 1891?

Frederick Charles was born around 1871 in Gosport, Hampshire; Sarah Annie around 1873 in Tenby, Pembrokeshire and their son George around 1895 in Hanley, Staffordshire.

In 1911 they are in Swansea, Glamorgan with another son Lewis.
