Where did my aunts and uncles serve?

My Mum (Vera Ethel Warren) was in the QAIMNS, and I know a fair bit about her service, except the countries she served in. My aunt Doris Jane WARREN was a WAF (I have a photo of her in uniform), my uncle Ronald Theodore WARREN was in the RAF and transferred to the RNZAF after the war.
Frank WARREN was in the Army. How can I find them?

Were all the ancestors you posted about originally UK citizens when they served in the armed services? If so their service records would be with the UK MoD. The link below gives information about obtaining their records.
