Hyatt family Gloucestershire and Chepstow area

Hello all im still trying to find the family of my James Hihat thats how it was spelt when he married Mary Davies in Tidenham he was born about 1793ish and though he said he was from the parish when he married i have been unable to find anything i have found a James Hyatt baptism in Tewksbury in 1793 with parents George and Ann know my great great grandfather George born 1822 was the son of James and Mary but not sure if this baptims and family are the correct ones would be so grateful for any help i know James is buried in Tidneham in 1829 thank again for any help

James was residing in the Parish at the time of his marriage. It doesn't necessarily mean that was where he was born.

James HIHAT married Mary DAVIES at Tidenham : 11 June 1815

witnesses: Henry DAVIES and Hannah JAMES

and children christened at Tidenham :

parents: James HIGHATT (labourer) and Mary


James : 24 March 1816
Elizabeth: 19 October 1817
William : 26 March 1820

and two children christened together

Emma and Robert HIGHATT : 6 September 1829
