William Richards - 1871 census - verify age please
« on: Tuesday 01 August 17 09:30 BST (UK) »
Hello all

FamilySearch has given me this person:

* 1871 census
* St Mary, Newington, London, Surrey
* William Richards
* grandson
* born Islington, Middlesex
* computed age = 9 years

Can I ask someone to check the writing on the form to verify (or correct) the stated age.
Could it be 9 months, for example instead of 9 years? Or some other mistake?
(It would suit my research if he was much younger than stated).

I'm asking this tonight because I am nowhere near a library.

Thanks for your help
-David C

Ooh! One last thing before I let this go:

Can we see what the occupation is for the son Henry and what relationship the Abrahams have with the householder?

The FamilySearch data for this household does not show the presence of the Abrahams.

Are you sure that these two people are part of the same home?
