There is a tree for Agnes at the Ancestry website, I know you don't have a sub, doesn't give details of marriage or death.  Are you able to look at it through the library edition? If not, would you like to make contact with the owner? if so, drop a PM to me.

Parents James Curle and Jane Dickson Robertson married 1860, James died 2 January 1907 age 68, Jane died 7 October 1914 age 77

Whew! Jamjar it looks as if you have been burning the midnight oil. 

The details of the children all tie in with those in the handwritten notes. However I did not have any information as to places of burial, apart from those in the Southern cemetery. A rather nice and informative headstone there.

And I had not got around to investigating the probate situation. So a very big thank you for all your input to this topic. There is now a bit of work ahead while I print out and piece everything/one together.

I have been trying to connect Catherine Dickson Curle's father to the tree I sent by PM.

Although I haven't done so I have come up with this, which you may or may not have already.

James Curle was born in 1839, if we go by his age at death. I was wondering about the name of Porteous given to his second daughter. So, I looked on Scotlands People and found this:

CURLE ALEXANDER to ANNE PORTEOUS/FR5787 (FR5787) 01/06/1837 685/1 650 245 Edinburgh

Given the Scottish family naming pattern this fits with Alexander being the first son given the paternal grandfather's name, Catherine the first daughter given the name of the maternal grandmother - Catherine was the name of Jane Dickson Robertson's mother - and the second daughter given the name of the paternal grandmother. Correct me if I have the pattern incorrect.

This is from an online source, that has Jane Dickson Robertson's parents as Peter and Catherine, yet I see no Peter in the family:
