If it is notice she is buried Catholic and daughter Seventh Day Advent.

Their daughter who died in 1903 was buried Catholic.

I see this as one person, birth registered once, but while an infant/child she seems to have been twice baptised, once perhaps a month after she was born, and then a second ceremony when she was several years older.  Suggests to me that the parents may have changed the family denomination.
