Try and scan the photo for better results or at least take a photo with top down angle....

Good quality size scans will mean much better restores >> hint hint :-)

Do you have a scanner? 

For very best results with such a damaged photo, take a look at the thread at the top of the photo board which explains how to post for the best results . . . Sorry I can't give you the link. I don't know how to on my iPad!   :-[

If you can give a better original to work from the restorer's will do their best.
