A friend of mine is trying to produce his tree, but is having no luck. I cannot even see the marriage of the above. Any help pleas?

Charles in 1841 and 1851 which ties in with father in tree -1851 presumably after his father's death his mother remarriaged  (Charles's marriage cert would confirm his father and his occupation)

Charles was born pre civil registration - there is a baptism
Charles Warboys
Baptism     31 Jul 1836 Croydon Cum Clapton,Cambridge
Parents   James and Susan Warboys

However I think his sister Mary Ann was registered in 1846 and on the GRO birth index she is listed with mother's maiden name as Jiggle

Kay thanks. Sorry to tell you that Worboys and my friends Warboys are different families. There could of course be transcript wrong spelling. So I really have to ignore Jiggle and the two family searches. You have been brilliant. ivor

Maybe the best way forward would be the marriage cert to confirm Charles's fathers name and his occupation

What information does Arthur's birth certificate give - Full details please  ;D. 

You have him born Cambridge (not Cambridgeshire)

This entry ties in with last census married to Martha
