William Buchan was Elspeths uncle

According to the death certificate William Buchan was her brother - notice on the death certificate she signs it Elspeth McDowall - sister.  You would need to explain your reason for for claiming he was her Uncle.

I have a copy of William Buchan birth certificate 1903 which gives his parents as John Buchan and Elspet Reid.  Can I add a copy of it to this site?  Thanks.
