Fountain Pub Seaside Eastbourne

Hi, does anyone know exactly where in Seaside the Fountain PH was in the 1920-30s?  I've tried the online directories without success

A drinking fountain was erected in 1865.
The fountain was originally located in the middle of the road in Seaside, near the junction of Leaf Hall Road.

Initially, the fountain was erected outside the Marine Hotel, now pub, which was built in 1806 to accommodate visitors to the newly built Redoubt.

Maybe this is the pub referred to?
Or was it renamed "The Fountain"?

Incidentally, "Seaside" is the name of the road in that part of Eastbourne; part of the A259.

Thanks, I knew that as lived at Seaford for a while. A press article about a blackshirt rally mentioned it was held at The Fountain, Seaside. I wrongly thought pub
