It may be worth searching for "Henry Lott, Birthplace Suffolk, Birth Year 1829"?

The name is quite similar, the circa yr of birth you have is around the same time & as you have no proof of where he was born any avenue is worth exploring to find his parents.

If the parents don't match then it at least rules him out possibly?

This looks to be the Henry born 1829 Suffolk?

As it's 1841 there's no relationships but this looks like a different Henry i.e. not yours.

As he seems to be very elusive it may be worth looking for him with his mother's surname of Rose as he may have been illegitimate?
