Anyone know what this says?

Hello I found a baptism record for my uncle and in the father's occupation box it says Bacon (something) ??? What could his occupation possibly have been? Can anyone help please ? Thank you

Someone who removed bones from bacon!  ;D. He would have worked in the butchery industry, perhaps in a bacon factory.
