Lookig for a couple of graves/cemeteries

Hi all,
I'm going to England this Monday and I want to visit the graves of my gr-grandparents and my gr-gr-grandparents but I don't know where they are buried (which cemetery and which plot).  Maybe anyone can help me ?

Frances Winifred Wilson died 1 Oct. 1910 Higham Kent
Albert Thomas Wilson died 16 Dec 1928 Higham Kent (But not sure)
Robert Wilson died 27 Febr 1923 Higham Kent
Sarah jane wilson (nee Stirrups) died 21 Dec 1918 Higham Kent
Lizzie MG Wilson died 2 Mar 1947 Kent ?

Lizzie MG Wilson's death was registered in the Chatham registration district but she might not have been buried in that area.
