Would this be the 1871? If so then this Charlotte was born 1834. Dublin, Ireland

Rose Dunbar   19
Mary A Dunbar   17

does it give an occupation for Charlotte in 1871 census ?...if not she may have only been visiting -
OK just looked on www.familysearch.org
this may be why you have a problem - on familysearch she is Charlotte WILDER - Sister b Dublin aged 37 - an unmarried Servant ...so do you know for sure if your gg grandmothers maiden name was WELDEN or WILDER ??...I have to say you may have to look for Charlotte Wilder as well because if she wasn't literate and had a very broad Irish accent - she may have sounded like she was saying Wilder but was actually Welden  ...if you see what I mean  :)

Hello,

I checked 1861 and thought it was familiar  :)

Here is the earlier thread with the information re confusion between Charles/Charlotte

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=755394.

1861 shows Chas Weldon - a male with a different year of birth with Margaret Dunbar.

Thanks for the info. Yes, Weldon was definitely the right surname, and I have my gr gr gr grandmother's marriage record from Dublin, and all the children's baptisms say Weldon. I did see the Chas Weldon from 1861 too, but he has disappeared after that census.
