David, son of William Verner Gilpin, married Lillie Millar in the link provided to you by another poster, so that works.  I find an Isabella born about 1858 arriving in 1882, but it doesn't provide any additional info on where she was from.

You can see the wording of William's Will from the Will Book- mentions wife Eliza Jane Gilpin & son James (presumably the 2 left in Ireland).
