« on: Monday 14 August 17 12:39 BST (UK) »
if anyone has access to the Prittlewell parish registers could you look up a baptism and marriage for me please?

Marriage of John Fuller to Hannah? (surname unknown) sometime between probably 1818 and 1826

Baptism of Hannah Fuller - father John Fuller and Hannah? between 1830 and 1833

Many thinks in advance,

Hannah was baptised 13th November, 1831 in Prittlewell. Couldn't see a marriage between the dates you said.

Using the GRO indexes to see what the maiden name of their child Sarah born in 1841 was. The name is Dowsett,so found the following baptism in Prittlewell.

Hannah Dowsett, April 21st, 1799 to John and Rebecca.

They married in Prittlewell on 03.02.1817, both single and OTP, married by banns.
He signed and she made her mark
A Thomas Dowsett was a witness.

From the 1851 census John was born in Fambridge.

There was another Hannah Dowsett baptised in Prittlewell on 6 July 1796 to John and Rachel.
I wonder if these are more likely to be the parents of your Hannah, seeing as in the 1851 census she is aged 54.

Could I be cheeky and ask for another look up please :-*?

Does anyone have access to the catholic chapel/church registers covering Prittlewell?

There is a slight possibility that the already-discovered Hannah fuller born 1841 may have converted to Catholicism. Would it be possible to look up baptism/conversion records for her?

Difficult to give a definite date but she was born in 1831 and had a Prittlewell C of E baptism but was living in London by 1863 so I'm guessing she would to have been old enough to make her own mind up to change her religion - say 15 to 18 years old? So perhaps between 1846 and 1863

It's a lot to ask I know :'(
