This is my second attempt with a bit more colour (and more white). I've tried not to overdo the mauve otherwise the bridesmaids dominate the photo. Yoo much and the bride and groom pale into insignificance

I agree Mike, mauve comes in many different variations - it is a tough colour to manipulate.

Thanks for the feedback Martyn...it's much appreciated but it is not up to standard...but i will persevere...windows 10 has a lot to answer for...I was happy with Elements 9 and confident with the tools until Win 10 broke it forcing me to upgrade ...now I feel like a learner

Thank you Yvonne, terrific restoration, it looks great, my cousin, whose mother is the bride will be over the moon and after the effort of all the wonderful restorers, this is another photo that can be added to our family tree in pristine order!
