I have managed to clear some of the blurring and I'm sorry but I don't think it looks like drowning. I agree with IsabelH, there looks to be a g in the first part, not sure there are enough letters  for strangling though.

I read the mark that looks like it forms a loop to a g as a messy dot over the i below.  agree that not enough letters for strangling.

Another form of mod that supports the proposed loop of the g being a splodge over the "i".I'm not convinced it's drowning,but then,I'm not sure what it is at all!

I have a problem with the phrase Accidental Drowning..like I said earlier...there appears to be too many letters for it to be a good fit. In my view...there is only one other way of drowning and that would be suicide which surely would have been stated.
