Hi I am trying to help a family member with information on William McGeechan born 1904 Greenock Scotland ..Father William McGeechan mother Jane Richardson I have a record of William McGeachan age 23 arriving 19 June 1927 Quebec ship Aurania departure Greenock Scotland with his contact details ...A family member seems to think he came back to Scotland for a visit about 1969--1972 and returned to Canada ..Was hoping someone could help me find a death for him if possible ..The surname can be McGeachan/McGeechan /Mceechan or any other information

Did your William have a middle name? There is a William Daniel McEeachan who is buried in Arcola Cemetery in Arcola, Saskatchewan however his year of birth is listed as 1901 on his gravemarker.

Hi Rosie,

William Daniel McEachen b. Feb. 12, 1901 d. Aug. 18, 1997, and it looks like he was Canadian
born. Father William Daniel and mother Martha Hannah.
