At that time Mary Hutchinson was married to George Branscombe it appears Mary  had at least 3 illegitimate children to Samuel and 1 to John Harman she was my 5x grandmother also have the report where Samuel was sworn on oath in Hastings he was the father Kate

So Mary was Mary Branscombe at the time of the birth - not Mary Hutchinson?

Have you looked for a marriage for Hannah as by 1841 it's likely she was married - assuming she survived infancy

Have you already discounted the 1833 marriage on FamilySearch?  Check the 1851 for Hannah Capelin born 1815 East Blatchington

Different Samuel Stace? The Hastings man was a Blacksmith
East Blatchington baptism of Hannah Stace says father Samuel was a Labourer. Abode Blatchington
Samuel + Mary Stace had a lot of children in Blatchington, baptisms from 1804

Possible marriage at Wilmington, 27 September 1802. Samuel Stace + Mary Bodle

the parish records I was sent says 1815 bastard child Samuel Stace blacksmith of Hastingssworn to be the father then 1817 another one Samuel Henry Branscombe   father Samuel Stace it seems Marys husband George was a sailor then was confined to bed wasn't until 1828 the first ref to Mary being a widow was mentioned
