Looking at the 15th Hussars info on the 'net'

Regimental No. 2814 - enlisted: 1 March 1891

Regiment No. 3054 - enlisted: 26 July 1892

Therefore 240 people in one year:

That's interesting, although Ancestry have it tied up with fold3, so wanting more money to view it.

Familysearch seem to have a similar record although the image is unavailable, I should try again later, apparently.

FindMyPast has same record, it comes up on a free search. If you don't have a sub, many libraries have access.

I'm unsure whether my local library does, their website wasn't particularly helpful. May just have to take a months sub, sure I can use it!

A very long shot but a William Harvey married in Farnham district in 1899. One possible bride is Emma Wells. Farnham district covers Aldershot and Frimley.
There seems to be a good candidate for the couple in 1911.
Don't forget that if William was born in Autumn 1868, he would not have had his birthday by census day, so his year of birth would calculate as 1869.
