Even a rough idea of dates is useful when you are asking for help. Do you know/suspect that there was a wife and children) or are you just guessing that there might have been?

It's all just gone pear shaped anyway..After working on this tree for so long I have just stripped it..can't believe all the hours I have put in especially with French,german and Italian names..not counting the help you have all given on here...back to the drawing board..she married in..she's not of their blood.
