BULL family in Twerton

I've come across baptisms for  Edward Francis and Annie Bull on 30 April 1877 parents Francis and Ann Mehela Bull page 194 Twerton baptisms. (Ancestry) Looks like Private baptisms but hard to read  the rest of the writing. Could someone please check for me if poss. Twins??

Checking with FreeBMD, I would say they are not twins, but just joint baptisms of children (rather than infants).

Edward Francis Bull, birth registered December qtr 1872.
Mother's maiden name was James (GRO Index check).

The only Annie I can see with a MMN of James was born 1874 in Bedminster Registration District?
