Hi am I being very cheeky if I ask if any one could possibly help me find the marriage of a John Clark and Mary McDonald. possibly around 1800/1804 argyle some where. maybe appin/ ballachulish. Mary is possibly the daughter of Archibald McDonald and Mary McPherson. I would really really be eternally grateful.

Where did Mary die?

If she died in Scotland post 1855 her DC should name both parents with mmn if the informant knew the details?

A marriage so early would not give parental details or at least I would be surprised if it did.

Have you found her in 1851 to be sure she was indeed from Argyll?
