Identification of Regiments and countries

Hi All

I have been given a picture of four soldiers, two I recognize as British but not the other two. I am trying to find out who is who in the picture any help in regiments, countries, etc.. would be truly appreciated. Sorry about the image quality but that's what I have.

The 2 British soldiers look like RHA/RFA/RGA. The other 2 are too indistinct, possibly Belgian or French.
