If the 1946 person is still living you should remove their name  :-\

Is this person still alive? If so you need to remove the details.

Re "possible father" - is he named on the birth cert?  The fact he has a different surname to mother indicates illegitimacy, so you need to be careful with "guessing" at a father.

Seems premature to ask for dob of the father when it is only a "possible".  Even if definite, would need a lot more info - eg, for starters,  what part of the world is all this taking place in?

It is likely that the 1946 birth you have is a child of this couple - (do you have the birth certificate)
