This is a more likely death, if she is somewhere in the 1851 census:
GRO website
Sarah Webb age 65  in 1853 June quarter Reading

or this if she is good at avoiding 2 censuses:
Sarah Webb age 79 in June quarter 1869 Reading.   

And this:
Sarah Webb age 95 in September quarter 1881  Reading   
(Added here: NOT this one, she is from Culham in 1881 census and probably Richard's widow from 1871)

There is a Sarah Webb in 1861 census who is a widow (not wife) age 71 and formerly a weaver with other widows in Reading, St Mary, so that 1869 death?

Thank you the 1861 census record and the 1869 death record do all appear to match up, I've added them provisionally to my tree and come payday will order the death record to confirm  thank you for the help
