Just a quick note;
To make sure that is the right Marriage we would have to find all children for John or John/Elizabeth 1797-1820 approx.
(on some records only Fathers name would be shown as for Vere 1806)

If they married Monmouth some children may be born there and later in St Brides as we know.

With such a common name it may be hard to prove.


I will do a bit of digging later but am not convinced that we can solve this one conclusively.
