Rose (Rosina) Harris was born in 1874 in Hartley Witney, and I have posted her marriage.

Her birth:
Rosina Harris mmn James  Born June quarter 1874 in Hartley Witney.

So his (Albert's) age does vary through those censuses, but we do know he is alive in 1911.

The 1881 census for the family gives more siblings than you have stated - have you seen it?

Have you used the GRO to find siblings?

The family are in several trees on Ancestry - worth joining Ancestry (as a trial?) to contact tree owners, if you do not belong?   (One tree gives 12 children for George and Louisa)

As he appears unclear as to his age, this could be his death:
Albert Harris  died age  51 (born about 1876)  died  September quarter 1927 in Kingsclere Hampshire.

One of those Ancestry trees alludes to a Gypsy heritage.
