CWGC grave?
« on: Saturday 26 August 17 20:29 BST (UK) »
My mother's first husband (in Royal Fusilliers) came home injured and died in 1947 but he does not appear in CWGC database. I don't have his service record, but will be applying, and am guessing that he was discharged a couple of years before he died. Would that have prevented him being in a CWGC grave?

My sister has just found his medals and this has sparked our interest!

Thanks dawnsh;  from memory he was shot in the back and died from cancer of the spine. I'll be busy sorting the paperwork tomorrow!
